Just seven minutes from Queenstown and with just eleven luxurious suites, Matakauri Lodge caters for the most intimate of weddings or celebrations, or with a marquee option on our Remarkables Patio, the Lodge can cater for larger weddings or events of up to 80 guests.
THE CEREMONY
With the backdrop of the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu our lawns offer breathtaking backdrops for your ceremony.
Our Remarkable lawn and terrace are perfect for the ceremony, with or without a marquee.
THE RECEPTION
Our Head Chef will work with the bride & groom to create a fabulous five-course menu. Combining the best of New Zealand produce and flair, the menus our chefs create promises a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. To complement the menu, we will provide the best wine options from our own winery or other locally produced wine.
